Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, resource management, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support project managers and coordinators in all aspects of project execution.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
• Oversee resource allocation, cost control, and project completion to ensure efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the operations team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred Experience (not required):
• Project management or supervisory experience.
• Background in electronic systems, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including cost control.
