Hub Order Filler

Position Overview:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Order Fillers to join our warehouse team. As an Order Filler (Warehouse Associate / Package Handler), you will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Accuracy:

• Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves based on order pick lists.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of each order before shipment.
• Pack and prepare orders according to company shipping standards.

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Handling:

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for shipments.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and moving for extended periods.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic Computer & RF Scanner Use (Preferred): Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems is a plus.
• Prior Warehouse Experience (Preferred): Previous work in order fulfillment, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
