Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Repairs & Troubleshooting – Perform general repairs on a variety of equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Electrical Maintenance & Installation – Install and repair electrical components, including transformers, lighting, outlets, and wiring, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Material Handling Systems – Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on batteries, battery-changing equipment, and conveyor systems to maintain productivity.
• Preventive Maintenance – Perform scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and tools. Keep records of inspections and performed repairs.
• Facility Upkeep – Support the maintenance and repair of general building structures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
• Safety & Compliance – Follow company and OSHA guidelines for workplace safety, reporting hazards and maintaining documentation for all repairs and maintenance work.

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge – Experience in repairing and maintaining warehouse equipment, material handling systems, and electrical components.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues with minimal supervision.
• Attention to Detail – Ensure all maintenance work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Physical Stamina – Comfortable lifting and moving equipment, standing for extended periods, and working in different environmental conditions.
• Safety Awareness – Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
• Technical Experience – Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Previous Maintenance Experience – Preferred but not required—we provide training for motivated candidates!
