Client Coordinator

Job Summary:

ExamWorks is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding report status, concerns, and general requests for information.
• Utilize internal systems and databases to enter and retrieve client or examinee information.
• Direct calls and inquiries to appropriate departments as needed.
• Perform various clerical duties, including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and administrative functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is a plus.
