Tire Technician

Job Overview:

Love's Travel Stops is looking for a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, whether in-store or on the road. You'll be responsible for tire sales, replacements, and roadside assistance while maintaining the safety and efficiency of our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tire Sales & Service: Assist customers with selecting, purchasing, removing, and replacing tires.
• Roadside Assistance: Provide support for customers in need of emergency tire services.
• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and store facilities.
• General Housekeeping: Keep workspaces, service areas, and storage rooms clean and organized.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers professionally, explaining services and addressing concerns.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in tire service, automotive repair, or a similar field (preferred but not required).
• Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
