Job Overview:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling customer service requests, dispatching technicians, and tracking service orders to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage customer calls regarding service requests, scheduling, and inquiries.
Create and dispatch work orders in the company’s system.
Track and update service call status, ensuring timely technician assignments.
Manage check-in and check-out processes for technicians, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Notify supervisors of any scheduling issues, delays, or missing technicians.
Maintain accurate customer site information and service history.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Experience in customer service, call center, or dispatching preferred.
Ability to use scheduling and dispatch software effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
